The Spring 2023 edition of The Rookery is now out! Take a look to see the latest builds, guides, progress and development updates on the upcoming 1.18.2 switch. You can read it here:
I'm well aware of what an update would entail and am willing to draft and coordinate a shared systematic effort.
Why not? It should be brought up especially when supposed "canon inconsistency" is used to argue for the removal of a project. It's nonsensical to make that argument when the...
"To be clear, Hastwyck is practically up to par with Bandallon, Hammerhal IS being redone, uplands desperately needs it and Yelshire was actually just finished about a year ago and established a more modern style of its type."
The point I was trying to make is this: Where does the area of...
Just to clarify, our wiki is not trustworthy in terms of canon information. Whatever it says there unless backed up by a reference should not be taken as canon!
In fact, after a quick check through all ASOIAF related literature...
Option 3 is totally fine, because you're building on colours that exist in our palette. I am sure you see how much of a nuclear difference option 1 is from all of our 'fabric base' colours.
Thats precisely also what I pointed out when you worked on the mural for white harbor. You gotta try yo...
In general that would be my only criticism and I recommend that you keep all the banners in a place where you can simulatenously apply changes to all of them! Also, another recommendation which will make all of your work uniform and fitting with our blocks, is to keep a consistent palette of...

There are two fundamental ways of handling our future block models. 1) Treat each pixel = 1 voxel or 2)...
Hey Community,
I made a guide :) Should be pretty much self explanatory!

Enjoy!!!
You're still on the road :O Man I thought you'd be back already! I've done the vanilla walls, iron rungs and regular ladders so far. I wanted to give furnaces and household items a go, but I haven't had the time yet because in addition to making the models I also have to remake the textures...
I want to point out that according to the wikipedia article on labyrinths this is a modern distinction by enthusiasts! Apparently, both in the traditional Greek and lexical English the words Maze and Labyrinth are synonymous. In any case, it is hard to guess whether either of them applies better...
I'll be taking a look at the plans in detail and offer suggestions. Do you happen to know if my original model is still around? It contained a detailed list of ideas for the interior of the HT.
My stance on that right now is yes. Whatever helps us to pin the usage of a block to a single case makes us more future-proof. But then again, I didn't know you had added 4 different types.
The texture was difficult to make because the water block has some internal logic that uses a vertical...
Emote, did you make a distinction between fountain-strength vertical water and waterfall-strength? I haven’t seen the block yet but I think this distinction should be made because a fountain won’t have the flow rate of a waterfall and I‘m predicting that this will be an eventual usecase of the...
But wouldn't it make sense to get a more stable block now? One that only has the water texture and "no-collision" set to true, so that we can have a stable bock to work with that we can replace with a block with the desired behaviour later down the line?
