Hey Patrick,

thanks for taking the time to apply!

The house looks fine, but i notice you missed one detail, which is the roof ridge.
On the template, the roof is made up of full thatch blocks, you used slabs.
But that's not a big deal!

So your first challenge is going to be building a townhouse in the style of /warp fairmarket

Good luck! :)

Hey Luk, thanks for revieuwing my application so quickly, I got started building the Fairmarket Townhouse right away, and i went for a cornerhouse, its a wealthier house, with wide rooms for dining and sleeping for the residents, and also some servants. Because of the central place the building is located, i have decided to make it into a Jewelers workshop and store. Also i have added some planning, a second house for some nice shots, and a street design. Back at MCME we used to fill streets with carts Market stalls etc, but i tried to keep to the Fairmarket style.

I had fun building it, as it uses a lot of blocks that i never got to use on MCME, thanks for the challenge.

Hey Patrick,

Good job on that house! You really did your homework and made a very nice looking build :)
Some things i noticed though:
- Hanging cabinets like you did are too modern for a medieval house. You'd only find that in modern kitchens.
- Also, make sure that if you use cabinets and the sort, to cover up all sides you don't want to show.
- Your roof should have horizontal rafters too, just the vertical beams wouldn't be enough to support the slates.

So, for your next challenge, please build a low class house in the style of /warp hammerhal
Good luck!

Hey Luk,

Thanks for the feedback on my last build and for giving me my second challenge, when i started building i wanted the area around the house to be
as authentic as possible, so i chose to build a small village crossed by a small stream, i called it Westwind village. I have drawn inspiration from Hammerhal
but i went for a more hamlet like style. I had fun building it as it made me even more familiar with the style. The house i have chosen to provide an interior for is
home to an ordinary villager, he has a wife and a son they are poor, but still have everything they could need, food, water and even a small vegetable garden.
I hope you like it

Greeting Patrick
