    Approved Blackmont by Tsar

Also, I suggest taking some time to put together a more complete application, and then put it together in one single post, rather than posting the components in multiple pieces.

    cfh0384 Builder Application

Hey cfh, Sorry for letting this sit! Been inundated with work the last week, so have been trying to find some time to reply. Welcome back though, it's good to see you active on the server again. This seems like a pretty solid Appleton-style house, though unfortunately this style is now rather...

    Westeroscraft Texture Pack Megathread

Looks good so far! I think the black shading could still be reduced a bit, and maybe the bones in the slab variant made a tiny bit crisper (they look sort of “fuzzed” right now relative to other textures).

    Hanninator93 Probation

Just a heads up that Hanninator is a returning old builder, so they have a "reduced" probation period where they just have to make the 5 houses and then can be fully promoted if they all seem fine.

    I just don't get it.

Hi cfh, So as to not retread a fairly worn discussion, I'm just going to link the following threads: https://forum.westeroscraft.com/threads/kings-landing-remaster-discussion-thread.2316/ https://forum.westeroscraft.com/threads/kings-landing-remaster-october-update-and-plan.2455/ This is not...

Completed Project Application - Ashwood by _Simbaa

Hey Simb, Sorry this took a while, but I've finally gotten to post-approval. puu.sh doesn't seem to be working right now, so I'm just going to leave melon stacks on issues I mention below: - In the main village, there seems to be a house with floating dirt/gravel under a loft, presumably a...

Completed Application Thread: House Varner Redo by Jakethesnake

Map looks good! I agree with Eld's suggestion; it should be fine to connect waterways so long as you make sure that smaller waterways only ever merge to create larger waterways, and that there's no bifurcation going on. Other than that, your plans for the minis and everything sound fine to me.

    Dornish Marches Terra

I don't really want to see the dark brown stormlands striations killed entirely, but maybe reduced a little bit and made so they're not entirely horizontal (if you're using Perlin, just stretching out in the y direction a bit more and reducing the frequency & threshold might help. I know Tham is...

Completed Project Application - Isle of Faces

I think you should try to work around the structures as much as possible, sort of like the Mander terra. That is, feel free to update the foliage and stuff to be consistent with the updated coastlines we decide on, but try to leave the builds at those projects alone.

Completed Project Application - Isle of Faces

Approved! I actually like Dutch’s idea - best way to ensure a consistent lakeshore for God’s Eye. If you’re willing to take on the work, it’d be appreciated. If so, I’d like to see a diorama for that coastline before you get to it (no need to do it now, just an update in the thread later).

    Hanninator93 Probation

We just started efforts to do a KL remaster, there should be plenty of plots at /warp riverrowcopy now.

    Approved Project Application: Wickenden Redo

Well, there is currently the pass west of Hardyng that I mentioned. Lords from Wickenden would have to pass through Ruthermont, and then through Redfort. It's a bit of a trek, but no further than the route that lords from Runestone and Gulltown would have to take to get to the Eyrie.

    Approved Project Application: Wickenden Redo

Yeah, that's a reasonable interpretation. I don't think a trafficked road would make sense in that location, though; it's a densely forested valley travelled mostly by occasional visitors to the hermitage/septry. I have a fortified bridge planned at /warp wdhf2, and some completed/WIP...

    Approved Project Application: Wickenden Redo

I've thought about this idea when I was making the forest, but decided against it due to the canon about the High Road being the only accessible entry point to the Vale. Though, the croneswick area is super secluded. If there's anything there at all, it should just be a small desire path. Note...

    Dornish Marches Terra

Right - I just mean a script consisting of a couple Perlin commands that you can easily apply to a large selection in the same way you would with a single command. I think Iwan had an idea of doing something like this to our remaining WorldPainter mountains anyways. I experimented with it...

    Dornish Marches Terra

I don't really like the way the pure stormlands alt images look aesthetically. But playing around with striations so the stormlands alt is the dominant rock (sort of like the last few in the GIF, but done with horizontally stretched Perlin noise?) might look better. EDIT: also maybe minor hints...

Approved Update Application - District 35 "River Row"

Approved! Let's get this thing rolling. If all goes well and this sets a good example, we'll start opening the other KLCopy districts up for application. BTW, we've tentatively decided that a district application just requires one approving mod.

    Hanninator93 Builder Application

Hi Hanninator, Awesome work on this house, very inspired :) You have my approval. The next step is to make a thread in the probation forum. Since you're a returning older builder, there'll be no minimum duration for the probation period, just make a minimum of 5 houses and get feedback on them...

    List of Schematic Brushes

You can do /schset list and then check the launcher console to see all of them. BTW, do not use schematics if you don't recognize what they are - I'm pretty sure we have all of Lannisport stored as a schematic (or had at some point). Ideally, people should just do their due diligence and post...

    Better Scripts

Thanks Tham, this’ll be super helpful! Just one addition, it’s super important to have the “$${WAIT(1)}$$” lines in-between every WE command, as you can see in Tham’s examples, and also giving it an appropriate amount of time (in this case it’s 1 second, but some commands like gradient mask are...
