I had the same issue last year with my memory when setting min to 2G and max to 3G. I completely removed westeroscraft of my mac and reinstalled it, that worked for me so it might work for you :)

As I have been more active lately the village is close to completion with all the plots completed and most of the details now done I have also mostly completed the farmstead west of my castle, The castle i am now working on and hopefully it will not take long to finish it :) now thats cleared...
