Abandoned KL Update Application: District 4, Old Court

Hello everyone! Presenting my test for the Spice Merchant in the Red Temple sub-district. Went for a Targaryen influence to present a more toned down Essosi vibe. Plot features 4 floors (including basement).

Plots, Plots, and More Plots. You aren't allowed to get bored of building at KL so come to KL District 4 and build at some fresh new plots. Theres a few scattered about and most of them right near the Septry of the Maiden TM.

All the last remaining plots have been opened. Also theres market stalls near the septry open for anyone to do.

Progress update: because I thought I would be done with this by now, with KL5 opening up the border between KL4 and KL5 is now much more cohesive. There are still plots available (mostly interiors), otherwise, there are still a few plots I myself am finishing up. I would like to mention that one of the Essosi Manses is still open for testing! Overall, the district is nearing completion and I hope to get one last push here to do so!
