I have decided to approve Mandos’ entry for the Hightower Manse. I would like mod approval to paste on site. The test can be found at /warp Mandos and fly all the way up

Please follow protocol for minis. Mandos must officially apply for the mini (either in this thread or on Discord if they can't get on here) for it to count as a mini. Otherwise, "ask to build" special builds (which is what this would count as if we don't follow protocol) don't require mod approval, but they also don't count as minis for the purpose of project resumes.
