The holdfast looks fine to me. The only thing is it looks like you have plenty of room in the holdfast tower for stairs, which would generally make more sense than a ladder. But otherwise, I approve!

Just a side note, you probably want to avoid anything you need a straw for. I was told to avoid straws when I got my wisdom teeth out, so it's probably similar.
