Can confirm that the speech bubbles also show private messages and even the messages written in Admin channel.
It's pretty critical imo. Its caused by a client side mod though, DynamicSurroundings iirc

could you maybe add a plan, 3d model or fullscale test of your plans for the harbour?
I would like to see what you envisioned for that part. One thing i would already say is, get rid of the mole entirely.
The harbour isn't canon and your proposed mole would be bigger than Seagard...

Also i would say it's cool that you want to reserve the plots for probies, as long as you are ready to be patient with them and give constructive feedback.
I like the general shape as well, would like to see some vegetation though. Also you should try not to use wet sand for all of the beach and the dunes, but just for the parts of the beach that get in contact with the water.
Maybe try optimizing the images (here https://kraken.io/web-interface for example)
It could be that the upload limit on the actual server is smaller than 10MB.
