Hello!!
Just making a post to say that some plots in the lands of Starpike are now open!! As well as the minis I have already written about :D.
The white circles are the areas that have plots (only the ones that are tagged are free for building), the pink circles are the minis! You can apply...
I guess so! maybe a bit towards the orange pale brown spectrum but still having that pink hue to mix well with the current Reach terrainset and the dorne one. But I trust your judgement better :)
Here's an imgur album of various images of the colors I was talking about:
There's a general pasty grey/pinkish stone that's perfect as the Reach terrain set, and there's 2 variations overall a darker grey variation and a similarly light warmer variation.
The grey square is the darker less...
I think my suggestion still holds some importance. There has been some talks about a cohesive Marcher lands area and a secondary warmer and slightly darker option to the reach one would be of great use in the multiple projects for the marcher houses.
This one. Now if my eyes are not fooling me, these textures are connected. The image quality is a bit poor so left me wondering but I’m 99% sure they are
For me, the main thing is connected textures. I remember seeing a screenshot by Tham where he did connected textures of the terrain sets each with several different ones and with only that the terrain mixing would already be able to be very diverse. As for secondary sets it’s really hard to...
Hello again!
So I've been delaying this update for ages, it seems I have something against updates lol. One thing that I really didn't talk about in the last update I did is the fact that I have lost my application for some reason, I don't know if I deleted it on accident but I tried looking in...
Some of them already have specifications for use in only hotter climates. But that’s a good idea! I’d assume most are ok to grow in most of Westeros the more specific regions I guess would be the North, Southern Reach and Dorne, but I can see about organising them by their regional “habitats”.
That could even be part of the forum profile and something to toggle in the settings instead of Dutch or someone awarding every single person the specific house. But I don’t know the technical requirements for that and don’t know if it’s possible so.
Hello everyone!
So, a while back I was a bit confused at our usage of crops and herbs throughout the server. In some projects I saw some yards with stuff that I had never seen before and others had the basic /warp crops stuff. So I compiled a large display of our crops/herbs both from the...
The WE brush tool works at a distance only by right clicking, and you can't click and drag for ex to do roads etc you have to be constantly clicking so you cant draw lines anymore you have to do a bunch of circles close together to do that.
We basically spent the whole day riding and not working on builds so it was a lot of fun :D .
One of of the many routes: Duskendale > Mallery > Gaunt > Fairmarket > Vypren > Banefort > The Crag > Lannisport
P.S.: Shoutout to dork that couldn't make it to the selfies <3
I don’t know anything about graphics programming but would that type of shaders work with our texture pack? From what I saw of the WIP screenshots, it seems like there’s reflections in individual stones on a texture and wood planks etc. Or would we need to update ours to be able to use it?
I made this Imgur album with a whole lot of terrain pics https://imgur.com/gallery/TugtE19
I’m not sure if it’s what you are looking for but it has a lot of cliffs and rock formations.
Every point of view is valid being it coming from a probation builder, a builder, an editor, a moderator or an admin. Nowhere in this thread has the feedback of anyone been neglected or brushed aside. Presenting counter arguments against a point of view is as valid (and it’s not under...
@Emotione11
I managed to fix it ty!
But I found another thing about the terrainsets. No matter if I like the change or not, one thing that i must point out is that the reach one is really grey and with no saturation. I understand this could be something realistic for some areas of the reach...
So this happened...
I have the graphics set to fancy as well as smooth lighting, so if anyone knows how to fiz this I'd apreciate it :D
!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!: I solved the issue, it was in the Video Settings>Details>Trees, I had it on fast. SO if anyone has this problem it's probably that! :D
