After the end of the series, no one knows. Heaps of houses are left without heirs and there’s no resolution on screen. House Clegane were granted lands by House Lannister so I’d assume that their territory would just be reabsorbed into their holdings. Or there might be land disputes between some neighbouring houses. Anyway, thats in the show.
The Westeroscraft server is set between books 1 and 2 which is equivalent to seasons 1 and 2 of the show. So Clegane is still Gregor’s.
