Bump?

I've been reading around the forums and see people saying "bump" what does this mean?

Bumps the forum to the top of the latest posts so that people see it. Sometimes threads, applications, etc get forgotten in the sea of stuff so bumping a thread sometimes is a good way to remind people it still exists.
