Request: Make Sept Crystals not connect to blocks

Request Type: Change

Try to describe all current uses of the block you request to be changed. Do you foresee any issues/ problems that could result from changing the block?
Connecting Sept Crystals do not serve a purpose and are rather inconvenient. We use crystals currently as flower vases and to decorate septs, both of which do not benefit from crystals connecting to blocks.

Changing the texture/model would not be hard to do as there already has been interest shown in this thread to change other fence blocks. https://forum.westeroscraft.com/thr...d-fences-to-have-only-1-horizontal-beam.2726/

Like this request, this will require some changes to the underlying WesterosBlocks code which is outside of my purview, and therefore might take a while to get done (unless I can figure out a way to make the texture on the horizontal beams transparent, which I'll experiment with). Moved to in-progress though.
