Request: Change color of warm ocean biome water

Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
So we don’t have to use desert biome anymore, I’d also suggest making the water brighter and greener than desert water. Like a bright sea-green/teal, color
