Request: Add Gravel block that doesn’t fall

Request Type: General Addition

Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
Make a westerosblocks version of the vanilla gravel block that has the same texture but doesn’t fall

If it's for specific occasions you can always use gravel double slabs. If not then I think it's usefull.

This would serve as a replacement to the vanilla Gravel block, the benefits are that
1. It’s modded so we have control over it
2. It does not fall so you don’t have to worry about gravel falling when updating blocks around it.

Azulejo brings up a good point. using a variant of 2079 would fulfill the needs of this request. In snowy projects we already use 2079:3 without a proper fullblock.
