We have been going through your last houses, and you have show the skills needed to become full builder 
In these last houses you provided as steady and good level as we can expect. So once your full probation month has ended you can get that N removed and join our ranks once and for all. I hope you liked your probation, i liked having you as probie . You are a good builder and im sure you will become a great addition to the team.
As you asked about this in-game ill leave you some info here. Before you can do a project you first have to do 2 mini projects, a hamlet mini and an Hf mini (or both in one). These minis include planning and opening of plots. You dont have to do a project, its only if youd like to do it. If you have any questions about this just msg me in game. Looking forward to see what you will do on the server.
