Hey guys, there a few plots open in the second hamlet of Lightfoot (/warp LFham2). The small settlement relies on fish from the two ponds nearby and peat for firewood. A style guide available in the main settlement, have fun building guys. :)
Request: New Trap Door Variants
Request Type: General Addition
Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
The oak trap door is the only one available on the server however, if a builder prefers to use a different wood type (for...
Uthor I really like this idea, I made a very temporary plan for kiln next to the storage house against the retaining wall. Of course I'll have to look more into it the process but in the meantime I gave you perms for my plot in case you wanted to add feedback or change up the kiln.
Thanks, Walurs
Hey Uthor & Emot
I had a good look at Hastwyck and Spottswood and can definitely see what you were talking about with the vaults. As well as moving the storage building back, I was also thinking of adding some temporary wooden/leather coverings as seen in Spottswood. In Spottswood I imagine...
Hey Uthor and Agr
This is my application for Ruthermont quarry 1. I've just done a very rough plan and will definitely further detail it if y'all like the idea. Can be found at the south east corner of my plot at /w Walrus.
Here are a couple screenshots of the test :)
Update #9
The first section of Lightfoot is finished, Lightfoot Hamlet One is not complete!
I'll now be working on getting the main village finished, and actually starting the second ham.
Update #8
The third hamlet is open as a mini to anyone who wants to have a go at it. Currently there is no warp but the cords are -1741, -4591
Really happy with the horse breeder, thank you to Chep for that!
Finally I am also opening a small ale brewery at -897, -4591.
Really happy with how...
I don't know if this is absolutely needed but I would suggest also adding House Sarsfield. I'm not too sure if this is the case for asoiaf canon but in the server canon it's implied they have been given ownership of the Tarbeck lands, making them a pretty powerful house in the region.
P.s...
Update #7
The main village is almost done, all that remains is the crop and livestock fields
The first hamlet is open (/w LFham1) and I am working on opening up some crop fields there to
Next I will start work on the remaining two hamlets, and I am even considering a tower ruin somewhere north...
Seeing all your brave souls coming out with your stories, you have empowered me to share mine. Every time Marge and I are alone on the server, she forces me to make out with various server builds. Just the other day I was forced into intimacy with the minor Reachen keep of Ivy Hall. I dread it...
We could have stone variants of signs, with textures that match our terrain blocks. These could be used for the areas that you mentioned where wooden signs would be less common. I do also agree the the signs look a bit goofy with arrow shape, maybe we could style them after the profession signs...
Cash these are great!
As Uthor suggested, maybe add some other major bannermen such as Brax, Dustin, Locke, etc. I would even give it a shot at making some of them.
Update #6
I've opened a space for a little settlement, I'm thinking a horse breeder
I'm imagining a multi-family long house, plus maybe 1 or 2 other small houses
A stables and a small smith area + 2-3 small fields for the horses
Can be found at -839, -3947, just south east of the main...
