We don't really need all XX thousand users who signed up but never posted anything and are no longer active anyways.

Do we need a table with userid: email? If all else fails we could get all active builders, mods, editors to append their details to a google spreadsheet. Then we pool all users we don't have in a mock account or so? This would allow us a partial salvation of the data, or not?

Tag creation should be limited to mods+ only so that we only have a handful of tags to organise the forum by (and not a random flood of less useful tags..)! Since the forum can quickly be sorted by tags now, I'd like to get the same status tags in here as before and possibly even the same as on...
