Thank you for responding! So, my current plan is to spilt the building into roughly four stages, the first starting with the section north of the main road, along the border with KL4, followed by a similar section to the south, then to the east, and finally the west. I chose to do it this way...

oh uhh, the hamlet is all but completed, it just needs a few W/E tasks done and a potential redo of the septs interior depending if you still think it needs adjustments

Maybe this is obvious advice but maybe just adjusting the existing town square and making it/the immediate area more urbanized would address this issue. You get to have a section that feels more like a proper town without removing the unique elements of varners style.

On close-studding, if it’s not allowed within this region, then that needs to be addressed not just with my tests, but for the main town of Varner and the previously approved hamlets, for they all use close-studding as well.
