I saw his video yesterday. I enjoy him using his platform to educate people on medieval architecture, but he takes a lot of liberties in what he describes as "accurate" to the period. His Winterfell build looks like a victorian neo-gothic hotel.

The wattle edging is really lovely. It's used in the vegetable gardens in most older historic houses / castles in England. I have some in my own garden. Would love that in game!
