[Windows 10] Unable to launch (download error)

OS: Windows
Launcher Version: Helios v1.7.0 (as well as Electron v1.7.0, have tried both)
Issue: Failure in downloading assets.
Explanation: After clicking 'play' in the launcher it downloads until varying percentages until it fails.

This looks a lot like a problem I had a few years ago where my Router's integrated firewall automatically blocked a file from downloading. If you have admin access to your router's page, try and see if the firewall blocked a file from downloading. Usually the UI has a section that lists all elements the firewall blocked in the past.

To access your router's setting you usually write its IP from its sticker in your browser bar or the manufacturer's provided URL does the same. For me it's " http://router.asus.com ". The instructions are usually provided by the manufacturer.

It might also be something else completely but it's worth a try.
