[Windows 10] Getting a download error

OS: Windows 10
Launcher Version: v1.6.1
Issue: Download error after pressing play
Explanation: After I press play in the Launcher, the launcher completes it's validation of asset integrity. Then reverts back to zero percent and I receive a "download error". I have the latest version of the launcher and the latest version of the 64 bit java. I have deleted the app data already and reloaded the launcher, and I receive the same error. This also happens on the test servers.

I had an issue where my routers firewall would block a file a while back. If you can access your routers records of blocked downloads you might see it match the error message in the launcher. Hope this helps.

I tried lowering my firewall and also allowing the launcher and java through the firewall and still the same error. Thank you though.
