Description
House Pyne is a noble house from the Crownlands. Their lands are located on Crackclaw Point. From books we know that from House Pyne originated one of the Targaryens Kingsquard.
Features
Lands of Pyne are divide between north and south by range of hills, only passage is this near castle and is needed to take path around seat of house Pyne. Main settlement is village at southern shore from side of Narrow See. At border with Crabb's lands lay ruins of old first men fort. Rest of the hamlets is spread in lands of pines and evergreen doted with ponds and steams flowing downhill.
Construction
With start of the work, first was made sketch of hills and coast. Main intention was to make continuous range of Crarckalw mountains (more hills at this part) . Castle was situated near pass in range and guard, road from northern to southern lands. When layout of terrain was made, beginning proces of making pastures, forest, fields and settlements. Last thing to do was beaches and caves system.
Inspiration
Castle Kokorin is the main inspiration for Pyne castle. House Pyne land's draw inspiration primarily from limestone landscape of Carpathian karst landforms, coast is inspired by south Baltic sea shoreline and Scotland coast.
