What's the overall progress of the new King's landing ?

Hi there. King's landing is one of my favorite cities, I'm curious about it's revamping progress, I only saw lots of applications of new KL in the forum, but didn't find the information about the overall progress, like which distinct is under construction, which are still being designed. Can someone please help me ?
