South Blackwater chain tower missing

Built by order of Tyrion in ACOK on the south bank of the Blackwater, there is another small squat stone tower directly south of the north one. There is a hole the size of a man's head in the tower for the chain to exit from.

It's not happened yet in our timeline, we're set the day Stannis burns the seven on Dragonstone. The Chains are made a few months after so Tyrion hasn't returned to KL as acting Hand yet. So the tower present is not the one he has built, this is an earlier harbour defense tower by a previous ruler.

That said, there might have already been a tower there, it seems likely at any rate to have a tower either side of the mouth of the river. Whoever applies for the larger Kingswood project can make that decision.
