Hi,me and Cl0udkid have built a test for the soldier comples at whsprawl.The test is located in /warp grayjedi (go up).The build includes a worshop,smithy,mess hall,kitchen,baracks,small armory ,a small entrance to the area and a storage along with a loading area. . The complex is used to house soldiers and ferry them to seal rock.
