If you're using a manually built client, you need to install the following mods (download & unzip the folder), replacing the horse genetics one with the new version. The tutorial for manually building the custom client should be updated with this information later tonight.

Hey I had the same issue. But I am using the GD Launcher (I think that's not what you mean by manually built).
I added these files into my mods folder but now I get "Connection Lost. A fatal error has occured, this connection is terminated."

okay nevermind. I downloaded the CurseForge thing and now it works.
