I am appealing for Tarth to be exempted from the No-Redo Rule under clause 1(c) - Abandoned Build Clause.
Tarth was initially built by Carci a couple of years ago. Since then the project has been left untouched.
I've decided to redo Tarth because the current style doesn't match with the one I'm planning to go for. Some of my fellow colleagues from the Stormlands Overhaul have checked my tests out and we've agreed that the style I'm going for is pretty suitable (the project will be heavily inspired by Romanian architecture).
I'd also like to point out the current scale of the castle, which I find quite big right now and in my opinion dwarfes all the things around it especially the mountains. Also, there is a lot of unfinished stuff in it such as the courtyards and most of the interiors.
Last but not least, as the project has been abandoned for quite a while, most of the builds have gotten very outdated, and it would be really hard to update everything to our current standards.

I have received the permission and blessing of Carci, to redo the project.
