Hey Waffle, congrats on being approved! The day we've hoping for has arrived 
I'm going to be your probation leader for the following month. Just to remind you, the probation lasts for one month, during which you have to build at least 5 houses in 5 different places. I'll go over these houses and any others you build with you and if at the end of the period I judge you ready I'll promote you to full builder. I generally prefer to give feedback directly to you, but I may leave it at the house itself or post here in the thread if necessary.

Sorry for wait on the review of the last house! I decided to go ahead and have a look on my own and I believe that no feedback from me is necessary, you did a nice job. Since your month has passed already and I'm confident on your progress I hereby promote you to full-builder!
Next time you're online remember to ask a mod to promote you. It might be useful to check the General Building Guidelines page in the wiki. As a full builder you are able now to apply for minis and, after that, immersions and full-projects.
