Hey Cat, I'll go ahead and take you up. Here a just a few early tidbits I expect.
I prefer houses from at least 3 different locations. Considering the difficulty of doing that now, 2 is fine but I prefer them to be drastically different in style just so I can see your actual capability of building to server standards and not one project.
I generally do not accept approved homes as the project lead may make changes/correct mistakes that I cannot see and address.
Generally, the first 5 homes I see are enough but, if I want to see some improvement after critique I may say I need to see a couple more just to ensure you are up to par.

Yes! I would've never dared to ask, but you're the person I actually wanted as probation leader 
Since you're probably more aware of the happenings on the server than I am, do you think you could tip me off if a location other than Cape Kraken opens up for building? I'm doing my best to find other styles to build, but it's... just hard, right now.
