One more thing, how can I send a private message, because I haven't been able to find how to do that.

So on this website there is the bar across the top. There is a mail icon next to the Alerts symbol.click on that and the rest should be self explanatory

No Aeksio it is not, it only says "you have no recent conversations" and then "Show all..." and then it shows all the conversations and also shows choices to organise them, I can not find a "start a new convo" choice.
