Hey Liam, sorry for the delay- been a bit hectic with the forum move and also me going back to Uni.

Anyways, your White Harbor house looks pretty good! I'll get right to feedback:

- The left side of the facade here has a bit too much going on: http://i.imgur.com/C2p11lV.png
By that, I mean having a large bay window directly under a large balcony, with another ornate window right next to the balcony- all with a slate overhang on top. It's a bit too much.

- What's this supposed to represent? http://i.imgur.com/ZHE5o99.png
It seems a little weird, especially since they wouldn't use slate on such a small area.

- The cabinets over hoppers here seems a little awkward: http://i.imgur.com/gfj2ViK.png
Also, make sure that when you use cabinets, they only ever have one side exposed (cover the others with a half door or other furniture).

- Three-wide is a pretty awkward shape for windows (up at the top here: http://i.imgur.com/6t6b8pr.png)
Since you have a balcony anyways, just get rid of the window and make a door there instead.

- Try to make storage a little more organized in this pic: http://i.imgur.com/1SF724P.png
Use shelves and seperate various types of items, rather than just throwing a bunch of barrels and crates together.

For another challenge build, please make a middle-class house in the style of /warp wickenden. Good luck!

Hey Liam, thanks for the update! Your new house looks pretty good and definitely follows all the important aspects of the Wickenden style. There are only a few small-ish things I would address:

- You're using the wrong block with the daub & wattle by accident- instead of using the "white plaster" block, use the "plain white daub" block.

- Generally don't use slate for things like the mini "roof" over the window here: https://i.imgur.com/M5abbgO.png
It doesn't make sense to put slate tiles on a tiny area. Instead, I usually use wood for those.

- The thin logs in the base here don't look quite right: https://i.imgur.com/NHC7eMf.png
The way they get thinner in the middle looks a bit weird, and also they make it seem a bit overdetailed. If you're going to have them at all, you should make them exclusively fence blocks. However, I would recommend getting rid of them completely (except for the one holding the porch).

- Also in the above image, in the base of the house, use the "stone brick arrow slit" (the gray one) rather than the "stone slab arrow slit" (the white one).

- Interiors look great! I don't really see any problems there, except that I'd avoid using crate blocks anywhere except storage.

For a tentative final challenge build (assuming there are no major issues), please make a middle-class house in the style of /warp fairmarket. This style is a bit trickier to get right, so make sure to be careful and take your time with it- though it's similar to the previous challenge in that it's a daub & wattle village house. Good luck!

Hey Liam, most excellent work! Your houses are definitely up to standards, there are a couple small things I want to point out though:

- The oak half doors on the front here contrast too much with the spruce; try using jungle wood or spruce wood instead of oak: https://i.imgur.com/qeI1JaV.png

- I'd make the exterior part of the fireplace here a bit simpler and neater: https://i.imgur.com/M2v2aZf.png

- In the same image as the previous one, the 2x2 windows are a bit too much glass. Also, they look odd in some cases, especially from the inside of the house. Try to stick with 1x2 (vertical) windows, unless you have a specific reason otherwise to use 2x2.

- I'd use a much darker stone block in the floor here, like dark cobble or stormlands brick/cobble: https://i.imgur.com/O664AAW.png
The bright gray river cobble looks too salt-n-peppery compared to the dirt.

- Try to add drapes on the window here (dark thatch blocks/slabs): https://i.imgur.com/M8l883H.png

And a couple more things on the small stone house:

- I'd shift the little spruce slab cover thing over the door instead of where it is currently, makes more sense at least: https://i.imgur.com/vme7mgH.png

- Make sure to cover the sides of the cabinet here! https://i.imgur.com/jvNIOZZ.png

Overall though, you've done great work, so consider yourself approved! Ask a mod in-game to promote you to New Builder if it doesn't do so automatically.

Please make sure to understand all the building rules by reading the New Builder guide here: http://westeroscraft.wikia.com/wiki/Newbie_guide
And also make a probation thread in the probation forum. You can start building at any open locations on the server; a probie leader will post on your thread and continue to give you constructive feedback on your houses until the end of the month, in which case you'll be fully promoted if there are no further problems.

Welcome to the team, look forward to building with you! :D
