need help, not whitelisted?

just trying to log into the server for the first time but i need to be whitelisted, ive looked over the website and the tourbleshjooter guide is empty, how to do I join?

We don't have a whitelisting on the server. Our test server is whitelisted for protection, but the normal production server is not. make sure you've clicked the production server
