Hey Mostor, apologies for the longer than usual wait. There's been a bit of chaos moving to the new forums, combined with a bunch of mods being really busy right now. Andy should be picking your app back up when he's able to, but I'll give you some feedback and a challenge to work on in the meantime:
-
This area of the facade seems very messy, there's not really any reason for it to be all indented and extruded like that. Just make it flat instead, with a window or two.
- The gradient on the facade needs a bit of work, I would recommend checking out /warp gradient on the server, and also studying the gradient tutorial at the /whiteharbor warp a bit more.
- Floating lanterns
here and
here.
- Oak half doors isn't the best wood color to match the purple-gray-ish northern wood; I would recommend using spruce or jungle instead.
- When making thin log supports, make the entire support thin log rather than adding the full block at the bottom, which looks messy:

- Never have candles sticking on the wall, since they'd just fall down. Always put them upright on some surface:

Also in the above image, there's a random block of thatch in the wall above the table.
- There are too many stone types in the floor here:

I'd ditch the white cobble in the floor and make it all a mix of cobble/dark cobble.
- The entrance here seems a bit extreme:

I'd use just a single staircase going up against the wall instead of the pyramid-staircase thing.
Also, the roof is asymmetrical there (it doesn't overhang on one side) which looks a bit odd.
- There's a bunch of things in this image:

The "overlapping" rooves is very odd, there should be a gable where the roof juts out perpendicularly.
There are way too many windows on that wall.
I'm not sure if the random holes in the wall are supposed to be windows also, but also look odd.
Try to add a bit of dirt in the yard to show where they walked on frequently. Also, for a house like this it's more important to have a yard with vegetables and a clothesline than it is to have a random outside table.
While this seems like a lot of feedback, you are getting better! I would recommend taking the time to study White Harbor (and the other usual resources on our server) in more detail, and trying to apply the feedback here and whatever else you learn to your house. It can only help you in the long run.
For a challenge build, though, when you're ready, please make a middle-class house in the style of /warp hawthornetown. Good luck!
(Also,
please don't take future pictures using shaders, while it looks impressive, it also messes up some of the textures and colors of the build which can make it difficult to judge properly)
Best,
Emote
