New application document can be found at the top of this thread, following the current Flea Bottom proposal.

Talked with Rav in-game; I'm fine with the current plans. Just keep me in the loop when you get around to plotting the area with the underground connection. Approved!

Last few plots are almost finished. Going through quality assurance and the finalization phase before adding in the roads. Builders note: I may or may do small edits to your house on the basis of cohesion with surrounding areas.

Talked to Emote in game a while back. All plots are finished or 'work in progress'. Finished houses have been reviewed and ready for post-approval. Street decorations and street pallets will be done after the adjacent Flea Bottom district house been finished; they will be done last to ensure cohesiveness.
