Keep getting this error: Could not find or load main class net.minecraft.launchwrapper.

I'm new here and I would really appreciate some assistance. I've been trying for days to find a solution to this problem but nothing works. I have read the troubleshooting wiki and scoured most of the forums but still cannot find anything. I am running the latest version of Java (Version 8, Update 151, 64 bit).

I've posted the log below. Please help!
