I cannot log in

I don't know why but whenever I don't play for a few weeks it always asks me to log in again which is fine but when I do it says incorrect password or email ( I have tried with username as well and it still says the same thing) So I went onto Microsoft log in and changed my Minecraft password because when I pressed forgot password on the launcher it came to a page saying 'error' soo with the new password I put it in and still says incorrect log in details. What do I do ahhhh

It may be something to do with Microsoft and Mojang merging as I tried arda and they have a 'log in with microsoft' option I used it and was able to log in. This is the same with all my other minecrafts for some reason it wont work when I log in normally

the westeroscraft launcher only accepts mojang accounts so you will have to get gdlauncher to play again. There is a guide to installing it here https://westeroscraft.com/wiki/guides/gdlauncher-setup
