Right now, you can't connect to the servers using Helios or GDLauncher.
Try using Curseforge, that should work.

Posting here in case other people have this issue and come looking: I encountered this bug when using GDLauncher to download westeroscraft. Enabling Beta versions from the launcher settings and then updating the launcher fixed this issue for me.
