Have a problem

Hello,
This is the problem I'm having (on the screen), I see not-so-beautiful light gray blocks on the RedKeep. It's horrible ! I installed optifine as instructed. What do you think is the problem? Thanks for your help.

Optifine was not properly installed. Have a good day !
