Foster Application: House Sunglass

Hey guys! As most of you already know, I'm applying to foster the lands of House Sunglass of Sweetport Sound, located in the eastern Crownlands. As a foster, I've tried to preserve as much as possible from previous applications in terms of ideas and buildings while also bringing a fresh perspective to the project, which currently remains unfinished and outdated. While the project is not marked as officially abandoned, the lack of updates in the last two years suggests it has been left inactive. Given this inactivity, I believe there is an opportunity to revive and complete the project. My goal is to build upon the existing foundations, incorporating both previous ideas and new elements to enhance the project. So here is my app, hope u like it :) (image is the link)

I have only one comment with this.

House Sunglass providing 3 galleys while House Celtigar providing one, doesnt mean anything in terms of wealth difference for the following reasons.
1) House Sunglass, holding larger domains and larger population compared to House Celtigar would very much allow for the sending of 3 galleys compared to one, not because House Sunglass is richer, but because theyre able to man a larger force compared to the Celtigars.
Plus the one vessel lord Ardrian sent, the Red Claw is described as a very ornately decorated vessel, which means that a lot of time and money were spent for its making. In any case, the Celtigars are not really known for their naval prowess compared to their kinsmen in Driftmark, so given how it is a simply small island, sending 1 vessel would be more than enough for lord Ardrian.

2) We know Lord Ardrian Celtigar is indeed veery wealthy, owning a valyrian steel axe as well as various other extremely precious posecions which I do not recall at the moment.
"The Celtigars' castle is rumored to hold fabulous treasures that bear witness to their wealth. Among Lord Ardrian Celtigar's property there are Myrish carpets, Volantene glass, gold and silver plate, jeweled cups, magnificent hawks, a trained sea eagle, an axe of Valyrian steel, chests of rubies, a horn said to summon krakens from under the sea, and many fine wines."
[Wiki of ice and fire, I'll check for the actual quotes later and add them below.]
So much so, Stannis wanted to loot Claw Isle for lord Ardrian's wealth.
Small plus, we know the Celtigars may have their way with money, given how 3 Celtigar lords have served as Masters of Coin, more than any other House (that we know of, ofcourse), with the first Master of Coin, being lord Crispian Celtigar (Aegon ruled the skies, Lord Velaryon ruled the waves and Lord Celtigar ruled the coffers.)

3) Lord Ardrian may have been reserved in terms of the forces he sent to Stannis compared to Lord Guncer given how he then easily bent the knee to the Iron Throne. For this then Stannis wanted to loot the vast Celtigar wealth, I do not remember if they actually did it.

4) The importance of Sweetport Sound, would have wained just like Duskendale with the founding of Kings Landing. Being an even smaller town, it would have suffered much more profoundly in terms of trade and taxes/tariffs to merchants, rendered nearly unimportant.
On the other hand, Claw Isle lies further out in the Gullet, making it in important location for all ships wanting to sail to Kings Landing and Duskendale if supplies are needed and so on, thus would make sense if the Island had much more ship traffic compared to Sweetport Sound, adding to their wealth from taxes on vessels wanting to resupply or anchor in its harbour.
