Failed to Connect to Server

So, I've got the launcher working and everything but it doesn't seem to want to let me connect to the server, I'm getting
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: No further Information

When I try to join, and it says "can't connect to server" in the multiplayer tab.

Also, in the launcher, it says "Server status N/A"

I've downloaded the 64 bit Java, yeah. What information do you need? I only just got this today and everything else seems to be working, I just can't connect to the server. I've allowed Java and the launcher in my firewall as well. My internet seems to be working fine.

You may be playing on the test server, which is whitelist only. When you are in the launcher, make sure that "westeroscraft production server" is selected in the bar to the left. Then when you click launch it should work.
