Doesn't recognize JAVA

I have the latest java version installed. But when launching the launcher, it informs me that I do not have it installed, and offers me to install it automatically, but it remains in an infinite loop "extracting".
I've been reading forums, I've followed the instructions, but I don't know.

You need Java 64bit, what you've got is 32bit.
Go to LINK and download Java 8.211 64bit(!). Update the launchers Java Home Path to the new install. Then launch again.

Make sure the launcher knows where the javaw.exe is located at.
