Request: Wooden Version of Horizontal/Vertical/Harness Rope/Chain
Request Type: General Addition
Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
Currently we do not have a good way to represent thin wooden beams at a diagonal angle, which has made it difficult to represent things such as oars, support beams. The current workaround is to use chains, but that is not the most ideal way to represent things like oars.
There is also a precedent for these kinds of blocks as we already have wooden covers as well as horizontal ropes and chains. A wooden harness and a carpet could work great as a small table.
Types of evidence to support your request: Historical
Historical Evidence
This block would have so many uses its hard to imagine them all so I just put oars for simplicity's sake though it could also be used as support for things like balconies and tents, which chains are currently used for.
