Request: Update to snowy thatch stairs

Snowy thatch stairs currently have an edge to the snow cover visible on the step side of the block. This interrupts the snow cover and creates a horizontal line between each row of stairs.
Suggesting the block is edited so that this side face is replaced by the top face. I made a rough attempt here (no ctm but you get the idea). I'm not sure if there's a way to avoid losing the snow edge on the bottom row of stairs (maybe some fancy CTMs).
