Request: Unlit variants of Candle Altars, Torches and Lantern blocks

Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
We have Lit and Unlit Candles and for the sake of parity I'd like to request unlit variants of our Candle Altar, Lantern (Both red and yellow), and Torch blocks.

Textures should be easy to design.

Could we make blockstates or something where we can "simply" toggle lightsources on or off, similar to a lever?
