Request: Soot Tag Block

Describe the use of this block in said build, region, or culture. How is it unique? To the best of your knowledge how could it be used in a different context?
A soot tag block would be useful in making burned interiors, in this case specially those of Harrenhal, particuraly interesting, having these cobweb-like structures in rooms there were never (or rarely) visited again after Aegon's attack. Will give a good help in making the interiors more interesting to be explored, specially taking into account the size of the castle. And also they are so cool.
This new block could be made out of the current cobweb block we have, just by changing the white colour to a deep black. It could be possible to try and have different formats for it as well.

After fires it has been registered that soot tags may form due to certain materials being carried in the hot air towards cooler areas and being able to make a chain-structure because of their charging.(I think. If a specialist can give their word on this I would appreciate it)
