Request: Snow and Ice stairs walls, slabs, fence

Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
Flagged in the Nightfort server build doc but formalising the request here for good measure.
Snow and ice are overwhelmingly present in the North so it would be ideal if we could tailor and customise them to suit environments as necessary.
Snow wall blocks in particular would assist with adding snow to rooves with steeper inclines.
Ice slabs, stairs and walls would be great for the Nightfort's stairs carved into the Wall, and if we had fence blocks we could add some variety to icicles.
