Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
Night's Watch Bed is a black reskin of the Noble Bed custom blocks but it's named for the Night's Watch.
This can be problematic:

• Guests see "Night's Watch Bed" in the small WTHIT popup for the royal bed in the Red Keep.
• They're used for Stannis and Edric in Storm's End.
• Most Night's Watch members outside the penthouse floors of the King's Tower will probably have a "Straw Bed" seeing as "Northern Bed" implies animal fur (a "luxury")

Calling the bed Noble Black Bed suggests the range it was probably intended to have.

The heavy quilt with fur trim on the NW bed is because of the freezing temperatures by the Wall. The noble bed texture could perhaps be roughened a bit to not look so nice.
The NW used to have far greater numbers so I doubt they'd be running out of furs and quilts to pile onto beds. That's not to say they'd be in good shape. probably holey and moth-eaten. iirc Jon's bed in castle black as a recruit has furs on it. And most times beds are mentioned in the north, furs are mentioned with them (although most POVs are nobles).
Also, in the far northern projects we use dark thatch for beds anyway. The Northern Mountain clans have virtually no light thatch bedding. I avoided using the thatch bed most of the time at Norrey because of the hessian sack texture for the pillow tbh.
