Request: Iron Scounce

Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
Basically the same as the "Dreadfort Skeleton Scounce", but without the skeleton hand. Would be useful in castles, dungeons, forts, etc.
Something that could possibly be both a pro and a con is that it could be used in the place of fences in the walls with torches on them. Adding the block would give a better alternative, but would outdate the places with the fence and lead to a discussion of if/how we should change those.
