Request: Ghostskin

Request Type:
Unique Addition (specific to a build, region, or culture)

Describe the use of this block in said build, region, or culture. How is it unique? To the best of your knowledge how could it be used in a different context?
(This block was already suggested in this thread, but I'm making a formal request for it for organizational purposes)

Ghostskin is a canon type of foliage endemic to the Neck, and is mentioned growing on structures at Moat Cailin. More generally, we can surmise that ghostskin is common in the swampy regions of the Neck, and probably grows on trees as well.

Based on the descriptions of ghostskin, it's probably something very similar to Usnea AKA beard lichen (see the attached images).

Types of evidence to support your request: Canon

Canonical Evidence
"A tree was growing out between the stones on the north side of the Gatehouse Tower, its gnarled limbs festooned with ropy white blankets of ghostskin."

"To assault any of the three towers, an attacker must expose his back to arrows from the other two, whilst climbing damp stone walls festooned with streamers of slimy white ghostskin."

This would work really well in snowy regions, too, imo. I remember going up to Whistler to ski as a child and seeing evergreen trees covered in lichen like this.
