Request: Black Pebbles/Sand

Describe the use of this block in said build, region, or culture. How is it unique? To the best of your knowledge how could it be used in a different context?
Black Pebbles would serve as a unique addition to burnt structures, currently with Harrenhal on the way this block could help in adding some more detail while fitting the dark scheme of the castle. The pebbles we have at the moment don't strike as burnt rubble in fact they seem to be too light in color and look more ashy. Additionally, the pebbles would serve as black sand which can be found in areas of volcanic activity on the server such as Dragonstone or even Hardhome.

Harrenhal has walls built out of black stone so reasonably if pebbles are used in the same fashion as they usually are to convey a ruined state of things having them be accurately colored would help. Canonically dragonstone is a volcanic island and in many real cases these areas have sand that is darker in color.
